The platform supported users, trainers, and admins but was limited to desktop. This restricted accessibility, made booking and communication harder, and held back overall adoption.

Our goal was to uncover performance bottlenecks, outdated dependencies, and UX limitations that stood in the way of a seamless mobile experience.
