Consumers struggled to find and compare local wellness services like yoga or massage in one place, often relying on scattered search results and outdated websites. For small wellness businesses, creating a professional online presence and attracting new clients was a time-consuming and expensive challenge. We began by analyzing the local wellness market, interviewing both potential users and business owners to validate the core concept. The research confirmed a strong desire for a simplified booking process and a novel way to gift experiences rather than physical items.

Wireframing & UX
Our team designed two distinct user flows: one for businesses to onboard and manage their profile, and another for users to discover, book, and redeem services. We paid special attention to making the "Care Dollars" purchase, gifting, and QR code redemption process incredibly intuitive.
