Glâme is an on-demand beauty platform that connects customers with carefully selected hair and makeup professionals across Paris. Users can explore services, customize their booking, choose a time and location, and have a professional come directly to their home, hotel, office, or event venue.

The challenge

Booking premium beauty services outside a traditional salon can quickly become complicated. Customers need to understand available services, compare options, add extras, coordinate timing and location, and feel confident that the right professional will arrive. The challenge was to turn that multi-step process into a simple and polished mobile booking experience.
